Chardonnay

Pale yellow colour with copper gold reflects. Initial aroma of plum which gives way to a more complex mingling of vanilla, quince, honey, white flowers, and wood. On the palate the evidence of oak maturation is discernable but more discreet. Excellent balance between acidity and alcohol and an exceptionally long finish.
