Soil : Chalky-clayey soil
Grape varieties : 100% Marselan
Vinification : The grapes are picked up by machine. The stalks are taken off before to go in tank for the fermentation. The vatting time is 2 weeks under temperature control to extrac most of fruits aroma and soft tannin.
Food and wine : Accompane a lot of sort of meals, as well, spicy meals and sour sweet meals.
You can taste this wine with a "Canard à l'orange" or a tajine with apricots.
Advice : Serve at 18°C.
